Sibley Pares has over 30 years experience in property management, acting for Landlords and ensuring that we protect their interests and give best advise at all times.

We are regulated by all the professional bodies including RICS, ARLA, NAEA and are members of Ombudsman Services: Property.  

All deposits are registered with the Tenant Deposit Scheme and monies are held in a secure ring-fenced account.  The monies are underwritten by the RICS Client Monies Protection Scheme and scrutinised by their independent auditors.

We offer –

  • Full Management with an assigned, dedicated Property Manager
  • All managed properties will have periodic inspections and when necessary be carried out by our in-house Chartered Building Surveyor
  • Rent Collection with proactive arrears recovery and can include a Rent Guarantee Scheme underwritten by Axa, so you never need be out of pocket
  • Tenant Find Only
  • We can provide a service tailored to suit your needs


Clients’ Money and Service Charge Services:

  • Collection of rent, ground rent, insurance premiums and service charge payments on a monthly or quarterly basis and deposited in a separate client bank account.
  • Financial Statements, providing monthly/quarterly statements to clients, clearly showing how much is due, how much has been received, any expenditure and most importantly the balance payable to you  the client, which is paid directly into your account by BACS or Cheque.
  • Arrears Recovery- regrettably even in the best managed properties non-paying tenants can be a problem and we strive to proactively and expertly deal with recovery.
  • The preparation of annual service charge budgets in accordance with the lease and the provision of year end accounts and adjustments when and where necessary

Property Maintenance:

  • Property Inspection - carried out on an agreed basis to ensure your property is maintained in accordance with the lease either by your tenant, through the service charge or by yourself to prevent any health and safety issues arising.
  • Property maintenance - dealing with any repair issues either through the service charge, that may be your responsibility or, where applicable, enforcing the repairing covenants of your tenants.  We utilise local and reliable approved contractors ensuring job specifications are clearly issued and competitively priced.
  • Landlord/Tenant Queries - we provide an efficient and accessible service to both landlords and tenants at all times and strive to deal with all queries and requests with the utmost efficiency and professionalism. Our online 'report a fault' form allows tenants to report any issues 24/7, so these can be resolved by the team as swiftly as possible.
