Sibley Pares begins management of landmark office building

9th January 2019

Sibley Pares are delighted to have commenced property management of Springfield House, an office building in Maidstone of around 15,000sq ft.

Springfield House, strategically located 1 mile from Junction 6 of the M20, offers suites in the former stately home, built for the Balston paper-making family by Alfred Waterhouse the same architect responsible for London’s Natural History Museum.  The building has been owned by Kent-based property specialists Starnes for more than a decade.

Matthew Carpenter, Director of commercial property management, said “Sibley Pares already manages other high profile office buildings across the county such as Kestrel House in Maidstone and Stourside Place in Ashford  and we’re pleased to have Springfield entrusted to our expertise”.
